Performance
Testing is done by connecting the screen to the testbed we used the DVI connection. The whole setting is the factory default on the screen.
Light Bleed:
LED-backlit screen does not indicate the light bleed at all.
Contrast and Gamut:
Chimei 24LH can display the entire gamut of our graphics card can be generated. Approaching 100% of sRGB gamut, with a very deep saturation. The contrast level is also very good. Ideally, a monitor can menamilkan luminance level of 1 (black) to 254 (white). Chimei 24LH can display luminance of the value of 3 to 252, with a value of 98.5%, higher than the other monitor class. Viewing Angle:

Chimei 24LH can provide a viewing angle 144 ° horizontal and 130 ° vertical. This value is quite good. However, TN panels on these displays produce a color shift with increasing viewing angle, especially in white. Therefore, in this case 24LH TN panels have not been as good as IPS panels.
Contrast Ratio:
Contrast ratio measurements carried out by measuring the brightness of a perfect black screen and compare it with a perfect white screen.

Backlight Level:
Like most LCD / LED, Chimei 24LH backlight adjustable brightness levels. Highest brightness level is adequate, with a value of 359 cd/m2. However, we found that the smallest value, the screen is still too bright for comfortable usage at night. 24LH values are 120-359 cd/m2 brightness, with a ratio of 4,2:1. This means that the most dim just 1 / 4 the brightness value. For comparison, the Apple Display brightness can reach 30 cd/m2 and the ratio reached 18:1 brightness level.
Black Level:
At the lowest level, black level 24LH Chimei achieve the 0.13 cd/m2.
This value are very good and gives the black color is really intense.
Input Lag:
Tests showed the value of input lag 0-14 milisecond. The highest value only appears when displaying charts Kontrast 24LH high. Even so, a value of 14 ms still has a very good.
Response Time:
Chimei 24LH response time value is lower than we can measure. Yes, it is thats good. Most manufacturers claim write response time for the gray-to-gray. When measured the response time-to-white black, which represents more actual performance. Because of differences in this
measurement method, which claims the 8ms display usually has a real response about 20-25ms, 12ms while claiming to have a real response of above 30ms. Chimei 24LH has a response time-to-white black under 16ms. We can not measure lower than this value, so they can not get an accurate value. Power Consumption:
Where other LCD or LED display on average requires 50 watts of power, Chimei 24LH requires only 14 watts of power. Even at the highest brightness setting backlight, this display requires only 24 watts.
